What you will be doing

As a member of our operations team you will build up and shape our internal recruitment function and help us find and hire talent to support our growth. We are planning to rapidly scale our workforce over the next few years and you will play a key role in setting Xeneta up for future expansion. You will help make the journey from a candidate’s first contact with Xeneta to their first day at Xeneta a seamless experience.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine their hiring needs.
  • Assist scoping and writing job descriptions.
  • Identify talent Xeneta needs and where to find it. You build a network and talent pool to enable swift hiring processes where necessary.
  • Find and source proactively the right people and sell Xeneta as an employer.
  • Work with marketing to establish employer presence.
  • Run multiple hiring processes in multiple countries for multiple roles at the same time.


Required skills

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of building successful relationships across global teams.
  • Fluent in English, oral and written.
  • A go-getter who rolls up their sleeve, dives in and gets done what needs to get done without waiting for direction.
  • Have the ability to work independently.
  • Great organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • 2+ years of experience working as a recruiter.
  • Have a proven process finding good candidates across multiple markets.

  • Experience in hiring globally.
  • Experience in hiring software developers.
  • Experience in hiring for sales positions.
