What you will be doing

Customer centricity is a core principle in Xeneta. For the operations team and human resources in particular our colleagues are our customers. As a member of the operations team, you will support your colleagues to stay happy and motivated to succeed, making sure human resources is the excellent support function it should be.


Responsibilities

  • Help establish routines and processes around hiring, onboarding and other HR related areas.
  • Create documentation with self-service guidelines for efficient HR support.
  • Help shape our global HR policies.
  • Research on local HR and immigration practices.
  • Assist in maintaining a healthy company culture across multiple countries.
  • Help the operations team build a world-class HR function for our global organization.


Required skills

  • Bachelors’ degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or another relevant field.
  • Fluent in English, oral and written.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mind set.
  • You thrive in an international, fast working environment and like making people’s life easier.
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics. You like digging into new things and are able to deal with multiple issues at the same time.
  • Critical mindset and willingness to question the status quo to drive continuous improvement.
